Why is it that a 1960's quintessential bach conjures up so many wonderful memories of family times well spent? This is especially evident when they are positioned so close to the beach and are on large sections with outdoor space for all the extended family and the toys. This home in early Papamoa has been the centre of many great family and friends gatherings and has been the summer go to place over a number of years. Spacious decks capture all day sun and the large outdoor areas including a pool provides that perfect entertainment scene. The only reason you will ever want to leave home is to take that short walk to the beach to enjoy all the activities that are on offer. Maybe send out the kontiki in the morning to get the fish for the evening BBQ or just laze on the beach getting up a thirst for those wonderful sundowners. It is now time for this house to have a new life and its proud owners to create new memories. Just add your personal touch to the interior; further develop the outdoors and enjoy. Its not a surprise for those of us lucky enough to live here that the Mount & Papamoa is in such demand. With its blue skies and sandy beaches living here is like been on holiday year round. This unique coastal strip with its great surf and recreational beaches has really come of age in recent years and will only continue to grow in popularity both as a holiday destination and a desired place to work and live.
